NUTRITION / SPORTS NUTRITION COACHING PACKAGES

Things with which we can assist include but are not limited to:

  • Holistic nutrition coaching
  • Holistic nutrition coaching for the athlete or athletically-minded
  • Training plans for the endurance athlete
  • Developing a hydration schedule for the athlete
  • Proper fueling before and after exercise
  • What to eat during a training workout or race
  • Sports supplement, herbal supplement, and aromatherapy guidance
  • Nutrition for the injured athlete
  • Nutrition for athletes with a chronic illness or condition
  • Consuming adequate nutrients and calories to maintain a healthy body weight for optimal performance
  • Avoid injury or pain and recover faster with proper nutrition

*Option to meet in person for all individual packages (must be within Phoenix area)

**Option to review blood work, allergy testing results, food journal, and/or current training plan in all personal packages

In-person add-on options + $150 per item base price (client will purchase food items):

  • Cooking demo using ingredients for your needs / preferences
  • Grocery store tour
  • Pantry makeover

Other add-on options + $200 includes all of the below:

  • Personal hydration and electrolyte needs (for sports performance)
  • Personal eating on a recovery / rest day (for sports performance)

INDIVIDUAL

Initial Consult $100

  • One 45 minute virtual session (video call, phone call, FaceTime)
  • Review of intake form, goals and food journal
  • Personal goal setting with specific guidance on how to achieve short-term goals
  • Unique nutritional guidance based on your dietary preferences and needs
  • One time follow up email with personalized suggestions based on consultation

Get Back on Track $350 

  • Four 30 minute virtual sessions – video call, phone call, FaceTime(must be used within 3 months)
  • Emails for follow-ups (post session)

SPECIFIC RACE TRAINING PLANS

4 Weeks to a 5K $200

  • Coaching sessions + training plan (race and cross-training) + nutrition tips / plan – Health history Q&A – 
  • Check-in 1 week prior to race – 30 minutes
  • Post-race follow up call – 30 minutes

  • Nutrition strategies to fuel before, during, and after race for recovery
  • Running plan with daily customized workouts based on your needs

 

12 Weeks to a Half Marathon $500

  • Initial consult – 45 minutes – (video call, phone call, FaceTime)
  • Coaching sessions + training plan (race and cross-training) + nutrition tips / plan – Health history Q&A
  • 3 coaching sessions (once a month) during training to adjust nutrition and workouts as needed – 45 minutes
  • 1 week check-on prior to race – 30 minutes
  • Post-race follow up call – 30 minutes

  • Nutrition strategies and supplemental guidance to fuel before, during, and after race for recovery

16 Weeks to a Full Marathon $600

  • Initial consult – 45 minutes – (video call, phone call, FaceTime)

  • 4 coaching sessions during training (once a month) to adjust nutrition and workouts as needed – 45 minutes

Founded by two extremely enthusiastic, holistic wellness professionals who just happen to be sisters, Avidity brings wellness to your personal life or business. If you’re an athlete, an athletically-minded individual we are here to help you reach your personal goals through a holistic approach. If you’re an athletically-focused business, we’re here to enhance your already established business through holistic wellness workshops and plans for your sports teams or clients.

We are not going to teach the basic, food pyramid or just talk to you about macros and counting calories.

We are not going to simply hand you a workout program that may not even work for you long-term.

What we ARE going to do is help you establish goals and make them a reality.

We’ve both overcome health issues that include Tourette Syndrome, scoliosis, cancer, acne, and severe food allergies, all by changing how we fueled our bodies.  Remarkably, we’ve even learned to channel pain and hardships through physical outlets which have become our passions!

As athletes, we also understand the frustration with finding the right fuel out there to help us enhance our training. We all wonder, what sports drink should I be consuming for lost electrolytes? How do I sustain this level of intensity for my entire workout? Am I going to feel worse or better after I’m finished with this training day or race? Trust us, we’ve BEEN there!

So if you’re also looking to take your endurance training to the next level, or overcome an illness, intolerance, or disorder through simple lifestyle changes, we’re here to make that happen.
